Digital Ticketing

Trackside offers both online and on-site ticketing.

QR code tickets are scanned with RapidScan I for quick gate entry.

Auto-consume feature allows on-site ticket sales to be redeemed immediately if using a single entry gate.

Eliminate fraud - when a ticket is scanned you are alerted if it has been used already.

Real-time sync - the moment a ticket is sold online it is ready to be scanned. As soon as a participant ticket is sold, their information is ready at tech and race control. Race control knows if a racer has/has not come through the gate, has been through tech.

Race Control

Manage your racers with a real-time participant list generated from online and point-of-sale orders.

Race Control can see the racer list including names, vehicles, numbers, driver class, tech forms, and emergency contact information. Quickly and easily search by any of the available fields to bring up the record you need.

Race Management is a fully customizable layout; you decide what you want to see. In addition, add fields to track times, distances, or anything else pertaining to your event. Results are available to front-end users if you choose so fans can engage with the race.
