Terms & Conditions

All of Trackside’s Terms & Conditions are governed by its Master Services Agreement executed with its organization customers (such as race tracks and sanctioning bodies).

End Consumers may receive SMS messages or e-mails from Trackside sent in accordance with the governing terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement.  These messages may include two-factor authentication “one-time use codes”, announcements or other details regarding event(s) the consumer purchased ticket(s) for, responses to customer service inquiries or other messages specifically related to event(s) the consumer has signed up for.  These messages are only sent if the end consumer opts in to receiving such messages by entering their SMS number in the specific SMS number field in their Trackside account.  Messages will not be sent via SMS using standard contact information where the consumer did not opt in to receiving SMS messages.

If you are receiving SMS (text) messages or e-mails from Trackside, you opted in to receiving these in association with an event you attended or purchased ticket(s) for.  To opt out of these messages, simply reply STOP to SMS messages, or use the unsubscribe link contained in an e-mail.  Should you have difficulty or continue to receive unwanted messages, please contact us at contact@tracksideapp.com with a copy of the unwanted message you received and the time and date on which is what received (screenshots preferred) and we will assist you in opting out of such messages.

Opting In: By signing up for our SMS Program, you consent to receive informational messages via text. Consent is not required for purchases. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency may vary.

Opting Out: To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You may receive a confirmation text upon opting out. Only these exact commands will be honored.

Program Description: Messages may include verification or one-time passcodes, account notification, marketing, or customer service.

Cost and Frequency: Standard messaging and data rates apply. Message frequency varies based on your engagement.
